Emotions:
Few years ago I took the family do Disney World in Cali for a nice vacation. All 3 of my boys have very different personalities, and my Oldest is a little more nervous and afraid. So rollercoasters in general he isn’t the biggest fan of, but he keeps going on them.
He was probably 12 at the time, and we decided to go on the Guardians of the Galaxy ride, which was the old Tower of Terror. He was nervous, and jokingly I said “I heard John Cena cried on this ride”, right before we hopped on. A minute later, something happened that I didn’t expect, he blacked out.
I spent the entire ride holding him back in his seat, while going Up and Down quick, he came out of it a couple times, screamed then blacked out again. Afterwards he told everyone it was the best ride he’d ever been on!
He let his Emotions overtake him at that moment, and the Fear swelled up to a point where he couldn’t take it. It was a completely unexpected result, but at the same time I’m not surprised. It happens with everyone at different times in their lives, Emotions are hard to completely control.
One of the biggest areas we see this is in our Trading. I knew a trader once who was one of the best Chartists, could tell you almost to the tick where a stock was going to hit, but he was one of the worst traders, and was never profitable. Solely for the reason his emotions overtook him every time.
Conquering Emotions is tough, and as previously discussed with my Skydiving Story, I like to tackle Fears head on and Conquer them. Many can’t do that, as it slowly builds up underneath. For those traders its important to form RULES! For instance buying time on Options, or taking profit if we lose Momentum. Sizing down to a position that neutralizes that fear, or building a trading plan!
Comedians
My 4yr old decided to start saying a few cuss words lately namely “beat your ass” to his brothers, or “shit”. He has heard our oldest say a few words while playing Fortnite. But when a 4yr old says it unexpectedly, its a little cute and funny before we have to say “you cant say that”.
Little controversial probably, but wondered if that’s why people found Kevin Hart funny? Smaller guy, higher voice, markets everything he does with people like the Rock who are so much bigger. If say the Rock told his jokes, would they be funny? Same goes for other Comedians, Will Ferrell etc?
People form perceptions on everyone based off Appearance and their delivery.

Smallcaps are on fire, and starting to look like OTC will be picking back up! As always will post in chat what we are looking at.
Options - Currently ES is building a nice daily chart at higher levels here, but a lot of individual stocks need some resets still on lower timeframes. Will be watching the 4807 support on ES here, with the 4849 level above as our breakout. Currently seeing many different charts holding well and looking similar, while others have been getting their hard pullbacks for a reset. Will update in chat a video Watchlist!
Earnings season is upon us now, so premiums will be pricey, but ignore them and size accordingly when we do!
Health:
Just saw an article about how Ozempic is bad for you, and lawsuits are just starting. Seems like a “no shit”, moment but at the same time I know people are rushing to get it. People would rather take a “miracle” quick solution, vs putting in just an ounce of work. They want things just handed to them, instead of doing 30mins a day bettering their health. Why is that? Because they are selfish, they want results, but would rather spend their time doing what they want. Working out they deem as boring, or beneath them.

2023 is finishing up and honestly couldn’t be more proud of a lot of you. Have watched a lot of you adopt the Scanners and System and think we have the best Smallcap chat around. Seeing most of you on tickers before they’re even mentioned on Twitter, and calling them out all day. Options seeing a lot starting to take on the Midterm mentality, and a couple of you in particular really noticed a huge change!
2024 we will be building on all of that, We will be running first the OTC and Smallcaps Class, followed by Options Class, and lastly an Elite Class. For those that run through all they will receive Elite Status and have some extra Perks in Chat as well as a few other things!
